The ENQA registration time-line
02/10/2020: ENQA review visit to ECBE started.
29/06/2020: ENQA review visit to ECBE is planned to start. But, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the visit is postponed until Fall.
29/02/2020: ECBE Self-Assessment Report was submitted to ENQA.
18/02/2020: ENQA review panel is appointed and the date of review visit of ENQA is confirmed to be June 29th – July1st, 2020.
10/02/2020: Updates of the ECBE Quality Management Manual (Ver 2.4) and of the ECBE Self-Assessment Report, based on the discussions with employers, were discussed and approved by the BoD.
15/01/2020: ECBE Self-Assessment Report changes based on discussions with stakeholders were discussed by the BoD. The deadline to submit the ECBE SAR to ENQA was confirmed to be February 29th, 2020.
23/12/2019: ECBE Self-Assessment Report was discussed and approved by the BoD. Final round of discussions regarding SAR with stakeholders started.
06/11/2019: The BoD approves the Bye-Laws, version 2.3.
28/05/2019: EQAR confirms that the application by ECBE for inclusion on the Register is eligible.
14/05/2019: Director of Accreditation, Prof. Polona Tominc, submits the application for EQAR registration.
02/05/2019: The BoD approves the Bye-Laws, version 2.0.
15/04/2019: In mutal agreement, ENQA and ECBE discuss and decide on an adjusted time-line for the review visit. Self assessment report must be submitted before December 31st, 2019. Review visit will be in the first quarter of 2020. Contract with ENQA is signed.
05/04/2019: The BoD approves the Bye-Laws, version 1.0.
14/01/2019: The General Meetings in Brussels approve the new Statutes.
27/12/2018: The BoD sends out answers on the questions and remarks from Members regarding the new Statutes, related to mandatory ENQA issues.
04/12/2018: The BoD convokes the Special and Extraordinary General Meetings to discuss and agree upon the new Statutes.
30/11/2018: The BoD agrees on the new Statutes of the Agency, in line with ENQA regulations.
30/10/2018: The BoD sends a letter to ENQA headquarters and applies for full ENQA membership and for registration in EQAR. Self assessment report must be submitted by the end of May 2019.
