Jernej Širok
Since 2011, he has been employed at the Slovenian Quality Assurance Agency where he has been involved in external evaluations and analytical work. He is the lead author of the last two system-wide analyses and several thematic analyses on the outcomes and properties of external evaluations. As a PhD student he is writing a dissertation with the title Tensions in Concepts and Practices of Quality in Higher Education.
Has so far published two scientific papers: (a) Concepts of Quality in Evaluation Practices in Higher Education: Instrumentalization of Relativistic Quality was published in Studies in Adult Education and Learning 2019, 25(3), (b) The Sensitivity of Evaluation Practices to Types, Cycles and Fields of Study Programmes was also published in that journal in 2020, 26(1).
