Samo Bobek
Prof.dr. Samo Bobek is professor of e-business and head of the department of e-business at School of economics and business at University Maribor Slovenia. He was elected dean of Faculty of Economics and Business University Maribor from dean2007 – 2014. He was also appointed vice dean for international cooperation from 2003 – 2006 and appointed vice dean for research 1992 – 1999. He has published more than 300 articles, conference papers and book chapters. He participated in Tempus, Erasmus+ and Jean Monet projects and conducted lectures in EU, US, India, Russia and China. He supervised several doctoral and master students. He participated in several national research projects and bilateral research activities with US, Russia and China. He participated in ECBE, AACSB, ACBSP, SQAA accreditations. His areas of interest are e- business (digital transformation and information management) and quality of management/business studies.
