Sofia Cordoba is a Social Communicator and Journalist, MBA, MCI Leadership and Strategic Management candidate and Corporate Communications specialist She is certified in Instructional Design, Coaching and TESOL.
She has more than 17 years of professional experience in organizations from Colombia, Peru and United States. Her field of expertise is focused in the corporate communications strategies and she loves to design and develop trainings for executives and professionals, in order to help them improve their soft skills, such as leadership, communication, emotional intelligence and teamwork.
She is a teacher in executive and postgraduate programs of Universities in Peru and Colombia, and has been the country manager in ECO Resultores, one of the most recognized communications agencies of Latin America.
She considers herself as a “service person”, meaning she truly believes that she can share knowledge and experience to help other professionals in their process to build better organizations and societies.
